What you are actually choosing between
The meter, not the feature list
Lindy is explicit that anyone who uses it takes a seat, whether they signed up, joined the workspace, or only @mentioned it in a Slack channel. That is a clean model, and it means the cost of letting the wider team touch it is linear in head count. Zero bills workspace credits with no per-member charge, so the tenth person who mentions the agent in a thread costs what they use and nothing more.
Several agents, not one assistant
Lindy gives each person an assistant with a shared skill library behind it. Zero gives the workspace seven shared agents plus unlimited private ones, each with its own description, tone, avatar and connector grants — so an agent that can read Stripe cannot touch the CRM, because it was never given it.

Which one lets me pick the model?

Can Zero handle inbox triage the way Lindy does?
Gmail triage, drafting and writing structured rows to a sheet are among the workflows Zero runs on a trigger. What Zero does not do is record and summarise your meetings, which is a core part of what Lindy sells.
